Laid Back Baits began with a simple idea: fishing should be fun, and the best bites come when you slow down. What started as a few experimental paint jobs at home turned into The Drifter — a crankbait tested over a full season on local lakes before it was ever sold.
Every Drifter is designed, painted and fished before it’s ever sold. If it doesn’t catch, it doesn’t leave the bench. We’re small, we’re local, and we only make what we’d tie on ourselves.
